The Musser MSPM543 Studio series marimba features 4.3 octaves of wide African Padauk wood bars (A2-C7). Padauk offers the natural response and character of wood for a more affordable price than rosewood. The bars are meticulously tuned and graduated widths allowing for excellent sound across the full range of the instrument. The frame is sleek, modern, and durable, and comes with 4 lockable 4" casters for extra stability and security. It features a pneumatic-assisted height adjustment system that is quick and easy to use, with height level indicators, for precise adjustment and easy memory locking.
